Cancelation Policy
Classes can be rescheduled two weeks to one day ahead of time if your teacher is available at the time you choose. If you should cancel your class earlier than 24 hours before the class, you can ask your teacher directly if the rescheduling is possible. However, your teacher may not be willing or able to reschedule your class in which case you will have to forfeit the cost of that class.
レッスンがはじまる24時間前までは、先生のスケジュールがあいていればレッスンの日にちや時間をかえることができます。レッスンが始まるまで24時間ないときは、先生にちょくせつメールお送り、時間をかえられるかどうか聞いてください。もし先生がスケジュールをかえられないとき、そのレッスンはキャンセルになります。お金ももどりません。
